ORDER
To successfully place an order, please follow these steps:
A tracking ID will be provided to help you keep track of your order. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 3-4 days, while international orders take around 7-8 days to arrive.
Once you have checked out, it is not possible to cancel your order. However, if you receive a verification call from our Customer Service, you can cancel your order at that time. Please note that our Exchange Policy will apply once your order has been placed.

If you have not received a sales invoice via email within one hour of checkout, it indicates that your order has not been successfully placed.

The courier service agent will contact you 8 hours prior to the delivery time. If you are unable to receive your order at the doorstep, the agent will make another attempt to contact you. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt, it will be automatically cancelled.
It is not possible to add more items to an order that has already been processed. If you wish to add more items, you will need to place a new order. However, you can make changes to your order before it is dispatched by using your Order ID. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately if you need to make any changes.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product. The product will only be reserved for you once you have paid for it and placed an order.
'Add to wishlist' is an option to save a product for future consideration without committing to purchase it at that moment. On the other hand, 'add to cart' is a step towards purchasing the product, indicating your intention to buy it and adding it to your list of items to be purchased.

Cash on Delivery (for domestic clients only) and online payment.

If you select Cash on Delivery as your payment method during checkout, it means that you will need to pay the total amount in cash at the time of delivery. The delivery person will collect the payment from you and provide you with a receipt for your purchase.
